Tours of the House are available upon request at a cost of $10.00 per person. Tours last about an hour and a half and are lead by a different family member in each room, dressed in 1800’s period attire. Tours include The Main House, upstairs and downstairs, The Garden, The Cabin, Ruby’s Chapel, and Ada’s Mercantile and Gift Shop. This is the perfect outing for a historic society, garden club, Sunday school class, senior group, or any organization that would like a truly unique experience!

Bridal Tea’s. We can accommodate up to 30 for a Bridal tea or Luncheon. We provide tables, chairs, table cloths, cloth napkins, china, silverware, drinking glasses, glass pitchers, and fresh flowers. This is usually done in the Victorian garden or under the trees beside the cabin. Both places are shaded. $500.
he 1850’s Log Cabin has played host for several Christmas parties, birthday parties, book signings and club luncheons. Guests are limited to 30 for a morning or evening of fun on the porches and interior of this historic property. During the fall and winter months, let the smell of fresh hickory burning in the large, open fireplace take you back in time!
