The Victorian garden is home to many heirloom plants, including a wisteria vine from a cutting that Thomas Jefferson planted in Virginia and a rose bush that has been in our family for over 140 years. The garden has an intimate atmosphere. This is a great place for bridal tea’s and receptions. The Greenhouse is located here and has been used for wine and cheese tasting, punch and desserts. After the wedding, the Greenhouse is also a great place for the bride and groom to have a moment before catching up with the reception party in the back of the property.
The pergola, located in the center of the garden, is ideal for a cake serving station. Guests can mingle in the garden as they enjoy the reception!
